Care and Support Assistants or Nursing Assistants at 100%

Your duties

• Autonomously accompany and assist patients in daily life activities according to their needs, habits, and values
• Collaborate in data collection, perceive the health potential and resources of patients and their relatives, support their maintenance and encourage their development
• Respect the established care plan, as well as safety, efficiency, economy, and comfort criteria for individuals
• In collaboration with the nurse, initiate, monitor, and close patient data in electronic care records
• Contribute to improving the quality of care
• Maintain order and hygiene in the patients’ environment and manage equipment

Your profile

• Holder of an AFP in care and support assistance, nursing assistant certificate, or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of hospital hygiene rules
• Good knowledge of common office software tools
• Experience in rehabilitation and with people affected by neurological diseases is an advantage
