Our rehabilitation units are located at the Locle and Val-de-Ruz sites, offering various types of rehabilitation. Our patients benefit from multidisciplinary and personalised care thanks to a dynamic and specialised team.
Care and Support Assistants or Nursing Assistants at 100%
Your duties
- Autonomously accompany and assist patients in daily life activities according to their needs, habits, and values
- Collaborate in data collection, perceive the health potential and resources of patients and their relatives, support their maintenance and encourage their development
- Respect the established care plan, as well as safety, efficiency, economy, and comfort criteria for individuals
- In collaboration with the nurse, initiate, monitor, and close patient data in electronic care records
- Contribute to improving the quality of care
- Maintain order and hygiene in the patients’ environment and manage equipment
Your profile
- Holder of an AFP in care and support assistance, nursing assistant certificate, or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of hospital hygiene rules
- Good knowledge of common office software tools
- Experience in rehabilitation and with people affected by neurological diseases is an advantage
