Your tasks

• Personnel and professional management of around 20 employees
• Training, promoting, and further educating the staff
• Assessing employees and conducting annual reviews
• Implementing the sales strategy, ensuring professional market development
• Presenting new ideas and concepts as well as assisting in the development of new products and projects
• Ensuring smooth operations and processes
• Optimising process flows, developing measures to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Supporting customer advisors with key accounts and important projects
• Acting as a member of the management team

Your profile

• Technical basic training in the wood, interior construction, or metal construction industry
• Professional experience in personnel management, consulting, sales, and project management
• Further training as a management specialist, business economist HF, technical merchant, or technician HF
• Ability to motivate, challenge, and support employees
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as confident appearance with strong negotiation skills
• Solution- and service-oriented working style as well as entrepreneurial mindset
• High quality and responsibility awareness and enthusiasm for personnel management with strong social skills
• Good MS Office and ERP knowledge
• German: fluent (C2) / French: knowledge advantageous (B1-2)
