The Mobility Cooperative is in the process of building a future-oriented, internal digital product development. For this, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who can empower our agile teams with passion and methodological certainty to develop digital products with real customer benefits.
Your tasks
- You will support two to three interdisciplinary Scrum teams and promote their development towards self-organized and high-performing product development teams
- In your role, you will establish and facilitate the Scrum implementation across teams and continuously develop it further
- You will moderate Scrum events and ensure a smooth process
- You will identify obstacles that the team cannot resolve independently and ensure they are removed
- As a coach, you will support teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders in understanding and applying agile principles and methods
- A culture of transparency, personal responsibility, and continuous improvement will be actively promoted by you
What you bring
- You have a certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., PSM I/II or CSM) – additional qualifications like PSPO, CSPO, or PAL are a plus
- You have several years of experience as a Scrum Master in digital product development
- Solid knowledge of Scrum and practical experience with Lean and Kanban methods as well as scaling frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, or unFIX distinguish you
- You are familiar with working with interdisciplinary teams such as UX, Backend, or Frontend
- Your moderation, coaching, and communication skills are pronounced, and your empathy, teamwork ability, and assertiveness inspire your colleagues
- You communicate confidently in German and English
