The Rohrdorferberg-Mutschellen Immobilien AG and Bieri Verwaltungs AG are two regionally rooted property management companies with many years of experience in managing condominium ownership and rental properties.

Since January 2026, we have been working as a joint team at our location at Bremgarterstrasse 3 in Widen. Personal care, short decision-making paths and uncomplicated collaboration characterise us.

To strengthen our small and well-coordinated team, we are looking for a reliable and numbers-savvy person who independently manages our property accounting and enjoys taking on responsibility.

Your tasks

• Independent management of property accounting for condominium and co-ownership communities as well as rental properties
• Preparation of annual accounts
• Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
• Management of accounts payable and receivable accounting
• Processing and control of payment transactions
• Dunning and support with debt collection
• Reconciliation of bank accounts and accounting accounts
• Administration and control of renewal funds
• Maintenance and control of master and financial data
• Support with budgeting and financial evaluations
• Collaboration with our property managers
• Telephone and written contact with owners, tenants and external parties
• General support in accounting and administration

What you bring

• Commercial basic training or comparable education
• Experience in accounting
• Experience in property accounting is an advantage
• Good knowledge of common MS Office programmes
• Knowledge of Garaio REM is an advantage
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Enjoyment of numbers and a careful, structured way of working
• High sense of responsibility and reliability
• Independent and solution-oriented working style
• Team spirit and enjoyment of working in a small team
