The DBU corporate group offers comprehensive services in the field of facility services. This includes technical building and infrastructural building management. We serve a demanding clientele in the areas of banking, insurance, property management and commerce. The group is well known in the Zurich economic area and has been active for over 28 years.
Tasks
- Monitoring and compliance with the contractual obligations of the tenants
- Ensuring the proper maintenance of the properties
- Monitoring and repair of general lighting
- Monitoring the regular cleaning of common areas
- Monitoring the functionality of heating systems
- Fault or function checks
- Commissioning and supervision of service and repair work
- Support with apartment changes
- Control of laundry room regulations and distribution of laundry room schedules
- Monitoring the trouble-free operation of laundry and drying rooms
- Cleaning of container areas
- Clarifications regarding the further charging of costs to tenants
- Storage of spare materials
- Reporting of illegal parkers
- Replacing cylinders and installing emergency cylinders
Your profile
- Training as a caretaker or specialist in operational maintenance
- Professional experience in the maintenance of private and commercial properties
- Driving licence category B is mandatory
- Polished and confident expression in the German language
- Flexible, resilient and service-oriented personality
- Independent and team-oriented working style
