In this versatile leadership role, you bear the overall operational responsibility for the Wädenswil primary school. You lead the school management teams, the overall care management, the specialist departments as well as the school administration and ensure the pedagogical quality and further development of the school. Together with the school presidency, you implement the strategic guidelines, develop the organisation with a future-oriented approach and create the conditions for successful school and teaching development. In addition, you are responsible for staffing and resource planning, budgeting and the coordination of cross-school projects. As a central contact person, you represent the school to authorities, specialist departments and other stakeholders and work closely with the city administration.

You have a basic pedagogical education, school leadership training and further education in educational management or a comparable qualification. You also bring several years of leadership experience in the education sector and sound knowledge of the Zurich public school system. You combine strategic and networked thinking with decisiveness and strong communication skills. With natural authority, political acumen and high social competence, you lead and connect different stakeholders and win them over to common goals.
