About the job

At Migros Restaurant Glatt, fresh and seasonal dishes are offered daily. Our guests can help themselves from a large selection throughout the day. For our motivated team, we are looking for a service-oriented personality to complement it.

What you will achieve

• Preparation of cold and hot food offerings
• Serving menus at lunchtime, advising and attending to guests
• Setting up and maintaining the Free Flow buffets (guest area)
• Active support in inventory management as well as receiving goods deliveries
• Various mise en place tasks in the respective work area
• Compliance with GMZ quality standards and HACCP hygiene guidelines

What you bring

• Education: No formal training or further education required
• Work experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in the required area
• Work experience in gastronomy/hotellerie, preferably in the kitchen
• Initial professional experience in system gastronomy
• Flexible availability from Monday to Saturday in various shifts (early and late shifts)
• Efficient and orderly working style
• Motivated, organised and humorous team player personality
• German (A2)
