Your main tasks and responsibilities
- Accounts receivable: Posting incoming payments, maintaining accounts receivable master data, creating and posting manual invoices, handling inquiries, creating dunning proposals and sending dunning letters, creating and sending accounts receivable overviews as needed
- Accounts payable: Checking and posting invoices for services on order, supporting the accounts payable team with payments
- Miscellaneous: Posting and checking bank accounts, assisting with month-end closing, preparing SNB statistics, assisting with VAT reporting, supporting projects
Your profile and skills
- Friendly personality with a flair for numbers, precise and independent working style, good comprehension and proactive quality awareness
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) or at least equivalent commercial/accounting training
- 1 – 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Good German and English skills
- Good MS Office skills
- SAP experience is an advantage
