- Holistic support: You provide pastoral care for patients, relatives, and staff in acute crisis, illness, and farewell situations
- Open ear: You conduct individual conversations, empathetically and independent of denomination or worldview
- Designing rituals: You plan and lead liturgical services, blessings, as well as individual farewell and memorial rituals
- Showing presence: You care for the wards assigned to you and participate in on-call duty (weekends/holidays)
- Networking: You work closely in an interprofessional and interreligious context with nursing, medical staff, and other specialist departments
- Organization: You support administrative processes
Your Profile
- Foundation: Completed theology studies or an equivalent qualification
- Expertise: You have completed clinical pastoral training (CPT) or are willing to complete it
- Experience: You have practical experience in pastoral care, ideally already in hospital or healthcare settings
- Personality: You work independently, responsibly, and have a strong sense of the dynamics in a multiprofessional environment
- Communication: You communicate confidently in German
- Resilience & Spirit: You are characterized by high empathetic social competence, psychological resilience, and flexibility; a healthy sense of humor rounds off your profile
