In this responsible back office role, you ensure a smooth and secure process in the area of vault and securities processing.

Your tasks

• Management and operation of the physical bank vault
• Collaboration and deputising in the posting of the share register of Hypothekarbank Lenzburg AG
• Deputising in the processing of share registers for third-party banks
• Carrying out control and reconciliation tasks to ensure correct postings
• Posting of foreign exchange transactions in daily business
• Participation in exciting projects to further develop processes

• Bank training and experience in securities back office
• Very good German skills, good English skills
