About the job
What you do with us
- You ensure a smooth, inspiring visitor experience at the Home of Chocolate together with the team.
- You are jointly responsible for the operational process in the exhibition as well as the tasting and experience areas.
- You lead the host or maître team operationally and support with scheduling, technical concerns, and training new employees.
- You are jointly responsible for inventory management and ordering the chocolate products needed for the tasting.
- You monitor the exhibition technology and ensure that our experience areas – from the chocolate fountain to the VR stations – function flawlessly.
- You represent the well-known advertising figure of the Lindt brand as Maître Chocolatier and inspire guests from all over the world.
- You act confidently in challenging situations and are the contact person for questions within the team or disruptions in exhibition technology.
When you fit with us
- A completed vocational training (e.g., in gastronomy, hotel industry, retail, tourism, or comparable).
- High affinity for technology, digital media, and interactive exhibition elements.
- German at a very good level and good English skills – additional languages are an advantage.
- Experience in guest service, event support, or in a coordinating role (team lead or senior host) is a plus.
- Enjoy working in the exhibition with predominantly international guests.
- Strong service orientation, communication skills, and a positive, confident demeanor.
- You are flexible in your shifts - Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 19:30.
