Technical Property Manager / Technical Caretaker (m/f/d)

• Ensuring technical building maintenance and smooth operation of systems. Troubleshooting of the system
• Ensuring proper maintenance of building infrastructure and outdoor facilities
• Coordination, supervision, and documentation of internal and external services as well as technical operational processes

• Professional training and work experience Completed technical or craft apprenticeship (e.g. Facility Maintenance Specialist EFZ, electrician, plumber, or heating installer)
• Understanding of technical systems, their functioning, and maintenance. Ability to identify and properly assess technical faults
• Good knowledge in HVAC, electrical engineering, and building control technology
• Independent and structured working style Ability to set priorities and act solution-oriented
• Friendly and professional demeanour towards customers, tenants, and building users.
• High sense of responsibility and safety awareness
• Teamwork, flexibility, and resilience
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Confident use of digital work tools and documentation systems
