Tasks
- Independent management of commercial and residential properties including the preparation of rental contracts and addenda for the Northwestern Switzerland region
- Representation of the Coop cooperative as property owner and tenant in rented properties vis-à-vis tenants, landlords, craftsmen and authorities
- Conducting inspections and handovers of rental properties
- Responsibility for quality, preservation of value and further development of the properties
- Preparation of tenant statements, property condition reports and responsibility for data maintenance
Requirements
- You have professional experience in property management
- You have completed further training as a property manager with a federal diploma or an equivalent qualification
- You are proficient and comfortable with digital media
- You hold a category B driving licence
