Your tasks
- Coordination and execution of all administrative activities in the physiotherapy reception area
- Planning and scheduling of therapies, therapy groups
- Support of management regarding cost allocation, co-payment management and prescription management
- Interdisciplinary collaboration within the team
Your profile
- Professional qualification as an office clerk, administrative area or medical assistant
- Work experience in the reception area, desirable
- Willingness to actively engage in the organisational processes of the areas
- Sense of responsibility and reliability in dealing with patients and employees
- Social skills, communication skills and stress resistance
