About the job

As an Operator Validation, you work in our Scan & Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Centre in Glattbrugg. In the Scan & BPO Centre, we process incoming mail as well as other documents for our renowned clients. As an Operator in document validation, you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the extracted data and for the high quality of the forwarded documents.

• You validate the data from customer documents for accuracy and completeness.
• You correct discrepancies and index the documents in the system according to specifications.
• You ensure that customer- and process-specific special rules are applied correctly, thereby contributing to consistently high processing and data quality.
• For complex documents or uncertainties, you find the right solution together with our specialists.

• You have completed training, good PC skills, and ideally experience in document validation.
• You are flexible regarding scheduling and aim for a part-time position where you are available five days a week. Work starts at either 9:00 or 9:30 am.
• In our fast-paced environment, you work very focused, organised, reliably, and efficiently.
• Deadlines motivate you, and even in hectic situations, you remain calm and keep an overview.
• You enjoy working in a team and impress with your positive, cheerful manner.
• You communicate openly and professionally in writing and speaking in German. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
