Your role with us
- Leadership and further development of the areas Corporate Education, Quality & Safety as well as responsibility for the training and continuing education of employees in driving service
- Strategic leadership role: Ensuring that education, quality, and safety function in an integrated, coordinated, and effective manner
- Strengthening efficiency, quality, cost-effectiveness, and promoting a modern learning culture
- Innovative educational development, including ASA certification (CZV) or equivalent certifications, combined with entrepreneurial thinking
- Management of cross-departmental projects
What convinces us
- Higher business education (e.g., HF/FH, MBA or MAS Leadership)
- Additional qualifications in educational management, quality management, coaching or organizational development
- Proven several years of leadership experience in complex, safety-critical environments
