Your tasks
- Group-wide controlling of subsidiaries
- Assistance or medium-term takeover of closing, forecasts, budget, and audit
- Ongoing analysis of customer contribution margins and optimization in collaboration with sales, order management, and production
- Preparation of weekly/monthly reports
- Creation of roadmaps/factsheets for our customers including market intelligence (in collaboration with sales)
- Key user for Salesforce (CRM) and reporting tools
- Maintenance and standardization of the internal reporting system as well as
ensuring data quality - Participation and partial leadership of finance-related projects including saving projects
- Contract/document management
- Creating minutes for selected meetings (e.g. sales/UL meeting)
What you bring
- Completed bachelor's or master's degree in finance, business administration, or comparable education
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of controlling (finance/sales), ideally in a manufacturing company
- Proficient in ERP/CRM systems (especially SAP FI/CO/Salesforce)
as well as very good MS Office skills (especially Excel); experience with Power-BI tools
is an advantage - Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form,
additional languages are an advantage - Strong analytical skills, independent and structured working, solution-oriented, communicative, team player

- Willingness to travel
