Your challenge

In this versatile leadership role, you support the department head in operational and strategic day-to-day business. At the same time, you take responsibility for our workshop and pitch in where your support is needed.

Your tasks include:

• Technical and organisational management of the workshop
• Deployment planning and coordination of the workshop team
• Ensuring smooth and efficient workshop operations
• Advising and supporting our customers
• Preparing and following up on quotations
• Organising and monitoring repair, service and maintenance work
• Responsibility for quality, deadlines and cost-effectiveness
• Active participation in demanding repairs and diagnostics
• Collaboration with suppliers and internal specialist departments
• Deputising for the Head of Construction Machinery & Commercial Vehicles

Your profile

You have solid technical know-how and want to take the next step towards leadership responsibility.

Ideally, you bring the following:

• Completed training as a construction machinery, agricultural machinery or truck mechanic with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in a workshop or technical environment
• Further training as a diagnostic technician, workshop coordinator or a comparable qualification – or the willingness to develop further
• Initial leadership experience or the desire to take responsibility for a team
• Independent, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial way of working
• Enjoyment of customer contact and working with people
• Good German skills as well as spoken French skills
• Good MS Office skills
