Your Tasks

·      Deputising for the Head of Technology in operational and organisational day-to-day business

·      Ensuring availability and operational reliability of production facilities

·      Planning, coordinating and carrying out maintenance and repair work

·      Active participation in the operational area of maintenance and technology

·      Involvement in optimisation and investment projects in production

·      Leading and further developing technology and maintenance teams

·      Close cooperation with production, quality assurance and external service providers

·      Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene and quality standards

·      Active shaping of the strategic development of the technical infrastructure

·      Gradual assumption of leadership and organisational tasks with a prospect of

       leading the technology department

Your Profile

·      Completed technical basic training (e.g. mechanic, automation technician, electromechanic

      or equivalent)

·      Several years of professional experience in technology or maintenance of a production company

·      Operational experience with production and industrial plants

·      Leadership experience or experience in coordinating teams

·      Further training in the technical field (e.g. technician HF, master craftsman or equivalent) is an advantage

·      Independent, solution-oriented and responsible way of working

·      Assertiveness as well as team and communication skills

·      Very good German language skills, spoken and written
