Waste Management Specialist 80% - 100%

Construction and Environment

Your main tasks

• Handling statements on building applications as well as building inspections and approvals
• Participation in fee management and appeal procedures
• Coordination and control of the updating of utility plans (pipeline cadastre)
• Assistance in data maintenance in LIDS/Innosolv
• Organisation of the maintenance of rubbish and neighbourhood collection points
• Coordination of waste management (planning, collection, and recycling calendar)
• Ensuring the billing of green waste

Your profile

• Basic training in waste and recycling management with further education in the commercial field
• Several years of professional experience in waste management
• Experience in public administration is an advantage
• Familiarity with relevant regulations, guidelines, and technical standards
• Advanced user knowledge of Office programmes
• Team-oriented personality with reliable, independent, and structured working methods
