Your tasks
- Psychiatric care and support in the home environment
- Building and shaping therapeutic relationships
- Promoting independence, stability, and quality of life

- Advice and support for relatives
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, therapists, social services, and other specialist agencies
- Care planning, documentation, and evaluation of agreed goals
