Your future tasks

• Business Impact & Innovation: You identify potentials for new digital solutions and AI-driven business cases. You connect technological possibilities with concrete added value for our customers and actively support the further development of existing business models.
• Consulting & Interface Role: As a central interface between departments, product owners and development teams, you translate complex requirements into viable technical concepts. You moderate decision-making processes and ensure a common understanding across system boundaries.
• AI Solutions & Engineering: You design and implement end-to-end AI workflows – from the integration of LLMs through agentic workflows to AI-supported development processes (e.g. AI-assisted development). You establish best practices and empower teams in handling new AI technologies.
• Architecture & Hands-on Implementation: You develop scalable system architectures and actively accompany their implementation. Besides architectural work, you also contribute operationally – for example through prototyping, code reviews or the development of components in the backend (Java, Spring Boot) and frontend (Angular, React).
• Cloud, Platforms & DevOps: You design modern platform architectures based on cloud technologies and ensure that best practices in CI/CD, deployment and operation are implemented. This includes, among others, Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub Actions as well as observability stacks.
• Coaching & Enablement: You support teams in building know-how – especially in the areas of software architecture, cloud and AI. As a mentor, you promote technical excellence and help to sustainably establish new ways of working.

Your profile

• Solid, several years of experience in software architecture and full-stack development with Java (Spring Boot) as well as modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React or Vue.
• Very good knowledge of cloud-native architectures and the use of technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Cloud Foundry or comparable platforms.
• Experience in building or using AI solutions (e.g. LLM integration, AI pipelines, agentic coding) and the motivation to actively shape this area.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions), automated tests and monitoring/observability solutions.
• Practical experience with databases such as MongoDB as well as in integrating distributed systems and interfaces.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to prepare technical content appropriately for the audience – from development teams to management.
• A good sense for business requirements and the ability to translate technical solutions into real customer benefits.
• You appreciate direct exchange with customers and are willing to support them on site within Germany if necessary.
• Fluent German skills at least at C1 level and good English skills.

• A completed university degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification is an advantage.
