Our client is now a third-generation family business in the transport/freight forwarding sector, which has built an excellent reputation over the past decades in the field of national and international road transport. For the headquarters in the lower Rhine Valley, we are looking for the earliest possible start or by arrangement as the right hand of the owner and for the execution of all administrative tasks in daily business (excluding accounting and personnel) an experienced and versatile specialist.

Your area of responsibility

In a manageable environment, you can expect a very independent and responsible role:

• Order processing
• Quotation management
• Export and import customs clearance
• Transport scheduling
• Invoicing
• Close telephone and also personal contact with customs authorities, customers and suppliers

Your profile

You have solid professional experience in the freight forwarding industry (road traffic) including customs clearance and/or in import/export processing in industry. You also bring good knowledge in handling various software applications (MS Office, e-Dec / Passar, ExpoVit or similar). Spanish language skills are a great advantage, customer-level English skills are required.
