Our Transa Lausanne team is looking for a specialised salesperson responsible for the textile department 80 to 100% starting 1st September 2026 or by agreement.

YOUR SPECIALITY AS DEPARTMENT MANAGER

• Our wide range of clothing and equipment. Your passion.
• Advising our customers in Lausanne for their outdoor adventures. That’s your thing.
• Sharing and passing on your technical know-how, and organising targeted training sessions. With pleasure.
• Identifying trends, assessing sales potential and sharing them during specialised group meetings and with our purchasing department. You have an eye for spotting trends!
• Participating in the design of the clothing department layout and the presentation of products and services. Of course.
• Being the main contact for technical questions and taking part in sales analysis. Product knowledge and figures are your domain.
• Participating in the management of merchandise flow. That’s also part of the job.

THIS IS YOU

• Training in retail as a certified retail specialist would be ideal. Career changers are also welcome.
• Knowledge of products and their applications in the field of clothing. That’s what you bring.
• Being attentive to our customers in Lausanne. Essential.
• Flexible availability, including Saturdays. Yes!
• Proficiency with IT tools (Microsoft Office and BC). You are used to it.
• Your peers describe you as responsible and reliable. Without a doubt.
• Being outdoors. It’s your pastime.
