Responsibilities:
- Carrying out maintenance work on technical systems and installations in buildings
- Organising and planning work taking into account deadlines and technical regulations
- Implementing measures to ensure operational safety and functionality of building infrastructure
- Checking and monitoring the quality of the work and services performed
- Documenting the maintenance work carried out and preparing reports on work progress
- Coordinating and collaborating with external service providers and suppliers on maintenance projects
- Supporting fault diagnosis and rectification of technical faults
Qualifications:
- Completed training in the field of building infrastructure or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in maintenance
- Sound knowledge of building technology to understand and optimise technical processes
- Very good German language skills spoken and written for communication within the team and with external partners
