Your Tasks
You develop guiding documents, accompany their implementation in the facilities, and review their effectiveness in close collaboration with nursing management.
In direct clinical practice, you support teams in complex nursing situations, conduct case discussions, and effectively contribute to internal training.

Your Profile
- You are an APN nursing expert with a completed degree in nursing science (MScN) or are currently in training for it
- You face challenges courageously and can creatively and compassionately support nursing teams through your professional advice, reflection, and guidance
