Operations Manager Construction (100%)
This excites you
- You keep the threads together: You organise our construction operation with 3–4 employees and around 5 apprentices, plan orders and assignments, and ensure that everyone knows what to do and when
- You are a professional and get stuck in: Whether bricklaying, plastering, conversion, or renovation work – you are in the thick of it rather than just watching
- You lead with head and heart: You have your team under control, can delegate responsibility, and find the right tone even in the sometimes somewhat turbulent daily life with young people
- You make craftsmen of tomorrow: You support our apprentices professionally and personally, prepare them for the final apprenticeship exam, and take over vocational school teaching as part of our training
- You have a good touch with customers: You present yourself professionally, find solutions, and ensure that our orders are completed cleanly, reliably, and to the satisfaction of our customers
- You don’t just want to manage: You contribute ideas, develop the operation further, and make Albisbrunn as a training location a little better every day
This is what you bring
- You have training in the construction trade, ideally as a foreman, and bring several years of professional experience in the Swiss construction industry
- Leadership experience, organisational talent, and entrepreneurial thinking are among your strengths
- You have costs, budgets, deadlines, and quality under control and work independently and reliably
- You are a vocational trainer or are keen to undertake this training and enjoy passing on your expertise clearly and with enthusiasm
- You are open, a team player, appreciative, and eager to support young people with different strengths, challenges, and development speeds
- You speak and understand Swiss German and can communicate clearly, straightforwardly, and appropriately with young people, employees, and customers
This awaits you

- a lively team, perhaps the best in the world
- flat hierarchies
- at least 5 weeks of holiday
- an unusual, interesting environment of a youth home
