Your Tasks

• Planning and allocation of employees to workplaces
• Professional instruction, support and accompaniment of employees and trainees as well as deputising for supervisors in your own area as required
• Active participation in the specialist area as well as monitoring compliance with quality, safety and production requirements
• Carrying out initial article inspections, quality controls and processing of quality notifications and problem reports
• Organisation and monitoring of maintenance and servicing work, management of consumables and preparation of requests for special operating equipment
• Professional support of engineering, methodology and planning, maintenance of work and user instructions as well as participation in area-specific improvement and optimisation projects

What Convince Us

• Completed vocational training in metal processing, e.g. as a plant and apparatus builder, metalworker, bodywork sheet metal worker or comparable qualification, supplemented by several years of professional experience in a production environment
• Good user knowledge in operating digital systems as well as confident handling of technical drawings; knowledge of SAP and MS Office programmes is an advantage
• Good German skills in spoken and written form at least level B2; English skills are an advantage
• Independent, reliable and quality-conscious working style with a strong solution orientation, ability to prioritise as well as high flexibility and resilience
• Customer- and company-oriented personality with a high level of commitment and willingness to occasionally work outside regular hours
• Communicative and team-oriented personality with leadership potential, strong sense of responsibility and the ability to professionally support employees, embrace change and act as a role model
