To support our team in the Thun region (branches Strättligen, Dürrenast and Bälliz), we are looking for a competent, committed and service-oriented individual to start immediately or by arrangement.

What You Will Achieve

• Comprehensive advice and support for our customers regarding our basic products and the sale of all payment services (card products, foreign currencies, precious metals)
• Advice on initial questions in the areas of financing, investment and pension provision
• Management of the advisory counter and the equipment in the self-service area such as ATMs, coin and note deposit machines as well as the safe deposit box facility

What You Bring

• Completed commercial training, preferably in the banking sector
• Experience in customer advisory
• Enjoyment of daily personal customer contact and a high awareness of quality
• Customer- and service-oriented working style
• Good communication skills, openness and resilience as personal strengths
