Your tasks
- Administrative and organisational support for the department and area management
- including correspondence, appointment coordination and meeting preparation
- Preparation of documents, overviews and decision-making bases
- Collaboration on service agreements as well as support in contributions and subsidies
- Administrative and coordinative support in implementing the Early Promotion strategy as well as in developing and implementing measures within the framework of the Children and Youth Strategy
- Communication and coordination with authorities, institutions, associations and other stakeholders
- Maintenance of data, lists and filing in compliance with data protection regulations
- Support with projects, events and information sessions
Your profile
- Commercial basic training EFZ or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in public administration or in a social environment with a hub function is an advantage
- Interest in social topics as well as familiarity with areas such as Early Promotion, family, children and youth or willingness to familiarise yourself with these topics
- Independent, structured working style with organisational skills and sense of responsibility
- Good IT user skills, especially MS Office and digital filing systems
- Communication skills and sensitivity in dealing with different stakeholders
- Discretion, resilience and ability to work in a team
- Very good, confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as enjoyment in writing target group-appropriate texts
