Welcome to our Neurology department. Our ward is staffed by a motivated nursing team of around 40 employees, including trainees and students, who dedicate themselves with great commitment and joy to the care of up to 40 patients. We care for people after a stroke and with Parkinson’s as well as other neurological diseases in the acute and rehabilitation phases. We place great value on holistic, individual care within an exciting, interprofessional team. We work according to the principles of Lean Management.
Your duties
Deriving the individual nursing needs or nursing goals within the entire nursing process, setting up action plans, implementing the planned measures with the support of nursing assistants and nursing aides, and continuously evaluating the overall process
Supporting and advising patients and their relatives in complex nursing situations
Implementing internal quality standards and guidelines and participating in continuous improvement processes (CIP) within the framework of Lean Management
Supporting trainers in the education of trainees and students

Your profile
Diploma in Health and Nursing HF, FH
Professional experience in acute medicine and rehabilitation
Communicative and independent personality who enjoys working with people, likes working in a multidisciplinary team, and values constructive collaboration
Teamwork, customer orientation, conflict resolution skills, and business acumen
High commitment and resilience
