Your tasks with the new employer

• You independently plan and manage diverse projects in the finance and administration area and accompany their successful implementation from conception to introduction
• With your eye for efficient processes, you analyse existing business processes, develop consistent process structures, and drive digitalisation forward in a targeted manner
• By introducing modern solutions, you simplify administrative tasks, reduce manual steps, and create sustainable improvements in daily operations
• As a central interface, you coordinate collaboration between the finance department, internal specialist areas, and IT
• Furthermore, you support the finance management with strategic issues, advise employees on new processes, and contribute your expertise to cross-departmental working groups

You offer your new employer

• You have a higher education in business administration and ideally further training in controlling
• Thanks to your at least two years of professional experience in the business environment as well as in project and process management, you know the challenges of complex business processes from practice
• Sound knowledge in process optimisation, digitalisation, and automation as well as confident handling of IT applications and very good German skills support you in your daily tasks
• With your communicative, independent, and solution-oriented manner, you inspire different stakeholders, tackle challenges pragmatically, and keep an overview even with complex topics
