Your Responsibilities

• Comprehensive and professional care and support of our 46 residents
• Participation in nursing and interdisciplinary reports as well as nursing specialist discussions
• Co-responsibility for planning and implementing individual care goals
• Support of vocational training and supervision of trainees
• Active involvement in projects and developments in the nursing sector
• Electronic nursing documentation with CareCoach
• Assessment of care needs according to RAI-LTCF
• Contributing to a pleasant, respectful, and homely atmosphere

Your Profile

• Completed and Swiss-recognised training as a Certified Nurse HF/FH or DN II
• Experience in long-term care and with people with dementia is an advantage
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• High professional, social, and personal competence
• Responsible, independent, and service-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of teamwork, innovation, and modern aids
• Commitment, warmth, resilience, and flexibility
• Interest in further education and personal development
