In your role as an HR Development Specialist, you are responsible for building and implementing our talent management. You actively shape the future of DV Bern AG by developing sustainable strategies to strengthen competencies, building career models, managing leadership development, and establishing forward-looking succession planning. At the same time, you bring movement into everyday work by developing and implementing individual development plans, professional training, and a mentoring program, initiating changes – both human and organizational. It is not about theories in a quiet room, but about tangible impact in everyday life. Your goal is clear: to unlock potential, promote people, and sustainably develop our organization.
In addition, you contribute your expertise to other strategic HR projects.

- A solid HR background with a focus on personnel or organizational development
- Proven professional experience in personnel or organizational development
- Experience in project management as well as a good sense of current HR trends
