About the job
Do you think in terms of structures rather than case by case? Do you want not only to identify criminal networks but to dismantle them sustainably? Then integrate your analytical skills into the newly created interdisciplinary group and work with teams of investigators on particularly complex criminal investigations in the field of organised and structured crime.
Your tasks
- Detect and identify criminal activities through criminal analysis, operational and strategic investigations, in close collaboration with internal and external partners (police officers, public prosecutors, fedpol, etc.)
- Autonomous handling of cases in the field of structured crime, including managing hearings, searches and coercive measures
- Support operational units through files on networks of persons and pattern recognition, and, depending on the situation, participation in investigation groups
- Use of digital research possibilities, OSINT tools and information systems
- Develop methods, processes and standards
Your profile
- Federal police certificate or equivalent qualification in police or judicial police matters
- Several years of experience in investigations or security
- Willingness and ability to collaborate and, depending on the situation, to lead investigation teams as well as to undertake demanding, complex and urgent investigation mandates
- Proven experience in an autonomous and structured working method, analytical mind, innovation and tenacity
- Writing skills, team spirit, willingness to pursue continuing education, confident and convincing attitude
- Stress resistance, flexibility, autonomy, decision-making adapted to the hierarchical level, integrity and discretion, as well as availability for irregular hours and operational missions complete your profile
