Accounting Clerk 80-100%
This field of activity excites you
- Independent handling of all payment transactions
- Management and administration of accounts payable including invoice verification and payment approvals
- Responsibility for accounts receivable as well as monitoring of open items and dunning process
- Checking, posting and reconciling credit card statements
- Managing the cash register including cash closing and posting of cash movements
- Substituting team colleagues as needed as well as during holidays and absences
These competencies we wish for
- You have training as an accounting clerk or a commercial basic education, ideally with a focus on accounting/finance
- You bring several years of professional experience in accounts payable and receivable, preferably in commodity trading (at least 3 years)
- You have very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- You are characterised by teamwork, helpfulness and are strong in communication when dealing with employees, customers and suppliers
- Reliability and discretion in handling confidential data as well as an independent, precise and punctual working style are natural to you
- You have experience with ERP and accounting systems (e.g. Performis or Gen10), payment software (e.g. Mamut), as well as MS Excel
- You convince with a friendly manner, flexibility, initiative and resilience as well as intercultural competence in dealing with international business partners.
