We are looking for a proactive personality as
Registered Nurse HF or Health Specialist EFZ
In the protected residential group for people with dementia, part-time employment from 40% possible
Your Tasks
- You ensure the care and support of the residents, taking into account their social and cultural needs.
- You plan, organise, coordinate, and supervise the nursing tasks.
- You work within the intra- and interprofessional team and collaborate with specialist agencies from involved work and professional areas.
Your Profile
- Enjoyment of coordination and leadership tasks
- Enjoyment of working in the dementia care department
- Empathy, helpfulness, and patience
- Team and communication skills
