With our more than 500 employees, the Regional Medical-Social Centre of Sierre (Intercommunal Association) has the mission to offer various services to the entire population of the 11 member municipalities. Our main services cover diverse areas, including home help and care, social action, employment, prevention, and childcare.

As part of the development of our services, we are looking for a

Specialised Nurse in Palliative Care between 80% and 100%

Your profile

- You hold a HES nursing diploma or an equivalent qualification

- You are specialised in palliative care and hold the CAS certificate

- You have solid clinical skills and are comfortable assessing and managing complex situations

- You can handle emotionally demanding situations with calm, perspective, and self-control

- You demonstrate autonomy and flexibility

- You enjoy human contact and are client-oriented

- You have access to a private vehicle

Your mission

- You provide nursing care and appropriate support to adults requiring palliative care, especially in complex and end-of-life situations, in close collaboration with their relatives

- You prioritise a holistic approach to the person, considering their physical, psychological, social, and, according to their wishes, spiritual needs

- You implement symptom assessment tools with the teams

- You contribute to the development of palliative care within the institution

- You act as a palliative care resource person for field teams and provide your expertise in analysing complex situations
