Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing (Milling)

Tasks

Operate and control CNC machining centres
Assist with machine setup
Manufacture individual parts and medium-sized series with a quality focus
Carry out initial and intermediate inspections during series production
Monitor, maintain and replace tools as needed
Perform weekly machine maintenance and upkeep
Analyse processes and implement optimisation proposals

Requirements

Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ
Solid experience in chip-removal machining
Knowledge of Fanuc or Siemens controls is advantageous
Independent and precise working style
Reliability, straightforward manner and willingness to work in a two-shift system
