Head of Finance & Accounting (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF120,000 - 135,000Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for a service-oriented and responsible individual to lead the finance and accounting department. In this versatile role, you will take on a central position in the finance area, combining operational tasks with professional responsibility. You will work closely with management as well as various internal and external contacts and actively contribute to a reliable and efficient financial organisation.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for and handle the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements operationally
You are the central contact person for auditors, tax consultants, banks and authorities
You ensure a correctly maintained general and subsidiary ledger and monitor budget and financial plans
You work closely with management, controlling, HR and other departments
You manage payment transactions and monitor liquidity
Qualifications:
You have a higher education in finance and accounting (HF, FH, federal diploma or a comparable further qualification)
You bring several years of professional experience
You are characterised by a strong affinity for numbers as well as a reliable, solution-oriented and structured way of working
You possess leadership skills
Fluent German language skills are required
