Your mission
Your mission will be to offer professional and personalised advice to our customers regarding the entire range of Salt products and services.
Your responsibilities
- Inform and advise customers on all Salt products and services with the aim of acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
- Conclude sales with enthusiasm and conviction.
- Handle and resolve customers’ technical questions.
- Promote Salt’s values through sales and customer contacts.
- Check merchandise and systems and perform various administrative tasks.
Your qualifications
- A commercial apprenticeship qualification (CFC).
- 2 years of sales experience, preferably in telecommunications (an advantage).
- Comfortable with IT tools.
- Native French speaker with good command of English; any other language is a plus.
- High flexibility regarding working hours.
