Domicil offers stationary services in care and support for senior women and men. With more than 20 locations and around 1,600 employees, Domicil is the number 1 in long-term care in the canton of Bern. Under the umbrella of Concara, we work together with Spitex Bern for integrated all-round care.Domicil Wyler is a new building where the quality of life of the residents as well as the appreciation of the employees are equally at the centre.
Care and Support Staff 50 - 100% AGS / SRK
Your tasks
- Care and support of our residents in everyday life
- Assistance with daily personal hygiene and activities of daily living
- Taking on defined nursing tasks within your own competencies
- Observation of the health status of the residents and communication of relevant changes
- Promotion of independence and quality of life
- Work in day and late shifts; no night shifts
- Good German language skills (at least B2)
Your profile
- Completed training as AGS or as nursing assistant with SRK course
- Experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Appreciative, respectful and empathetic
- Prudent and responsible
- Understanding and empathy for elderly people
