What tasks will you take on?
You will:
- ensure the technical maintenance of equipment and systems as well as the reliable operation of our AGV systems.
- drive the implementation and further development of Kaizen and TPM, create process analyses and derive targeted improvement measures from them.
- support the introduction of new products, processes, and equipment.
- develop new solutions for packaging, storage, transport means, and kitting, as well as optimise warehouse layouts and space utilisation.
- support the leadership team in employee development, create training materials, and conduct training sessions and workshops.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- have a basic education as a logistics specialist EFZ or a technical qualification with several years of experience in logistics.
- ideally have completed further training as a logistics specialist or process specialist.
- are eager to learn, process- and technology-affine, think analytically, and bring experience with project and lean methods.
- are proficient in MS Office and have experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
- communicate clearly, organise confidently, and enjoy working with people.
- have very good German skills; English skills are an advantage.
