About the job

• Organisation, coordination and administration of the programme in close cooperation with the programme management
• Planning, preparation and follow-up of meetings, commissions and events including minute-taking and documentation
• Maintenance and further development of the digital filing system as well as administrative processes in the programme
• Collaboration in internal and external communication, optionally social media
• Administrative support for teaching, programme and curriculum projects
• Point of contact for students, lecturers and administrative offices in everyday university life

• a completed BA degree, preferably in the organisational or creative field
• experience in administration and organisation, ideally in a university environment
• a structured, efficient and independent way of working
• confident handling of common office applications
• communication skills as well as very good German skills in spoken and written form and good English skills
• enjoy working with students, lecturers and administrative offices
• flexibility in working hours
