CategoryPositionThe EDSE are open to all doctoral candidates whose thesis addresses educational questions (you must be enrolled in a Swiss Romande university and have a thesis supervisor - see here).
The EDSE offer doctoral candidates the opportunity to acquire the professional skills of a researcher, to develop their methodological know-how, and to perfect their scientific knowledge.
The program combines specialization and broader familiarization in educational sciences and its contributing disciplines.
They are organized into three domains:
Enrollment in the doctoral program requires minimal participation throughout the doctoral journey. However, we can adapt your path according to your professional and/or family responsibilities.
File "Students' agency in confinement situations" available here
the EDSE collaborate with the complementary doctoral program in subject didactics of the Romand Competence Center in Subject Didactics ( 2Cr2D ).
The activities of the 2Cr2D doctoral program are open to EDSE members.
If you wish to enroll in the program as a member, you must necessarily carry out a thesis in didactics at one of the six partner higher education institutions of the CAHR (HEP-BEJUNE, HEP Fribourg, HEP Vaud, HEP Valais, UNIFR, UNIGE) and under (co-)supervision with a Swiss Romande, Swiss or international university awarding the doctorate.
