IHRE AUFGABEN

Manage the migration project “Nintex Workflow replacement” including re-development of the existing Nintex workflows using the defined target technology

Manage & coordinate the migration of all of the 20 workflow applications including stakeholder management, funding and respective planning

Analyse existing Nintex workflows to uncover dependencies, integrations, custom code, and data handling needs

Work closely with analysts, developers, and architects to ensure new workflows meet requirements and standards

Engage stakeholders across IT and business units to align on scope, priorities, and issue resolution

Monitor project performance against schedule, budget, risks, quality, and compliance targets

Ensure full compliance with Julius Baer’s security, data privacy (GDPR), and audit requirements

Maintain clear requirements traceability and documentation using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools

Deliver comprehensive handover packages to enable smooth transition to Operations and Support teams

Guarantee knowledge transfer and readiness for ongoing support post-project completion
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years' experience managing IT projects, preferably in financial services or regulated industries
- Proven experience with enterprise workflow automation platforms; hands-on experience with Nintex (Cloud or on-premise) is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated involvement in migration or modernisation projects involving the replacement of legacy automation tools
- Solid understanding of workflow-driven processes within Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform integrations
- Familiarity with common workflow components, including approval chains, dynamic forms, condition logic, file handling, and API integrations
- Certified Project Manager (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or equivalent) with applied experience in hybrid or agile delivery environments
- Skilled in using Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps for planning, tracking, and documentation
- Fluent in English (written/spoken); German proficiency is a strong advantage
- Self-driven and organised, with the ability to manage project finances, timelines, reporting, and cross-functional coordination independently
