The Murhof offers comprehensive and needs-based care and support services to adults – regardless of age and health status – in the historic St. Urban at the tri-canton corner LU/BE/AG.

Every day, around 90 employees dedicate themselves with great expertise and a lot of heart to the well-being of the 60 residents.

We are looking for, immediately or by arrangement:

Health Specialist EFZ or

Care Specialist EFZ with Treatment Care Course (m/f/d)

60–100 %

Your tasks

• Ensuring comprehensive, needs-oriented and holistic care and support of the residents
• Applying professional and specialised skills and knowledge in everyday care
• Assuming house responsibility
• Carrying out daily responsibility on the ward with coordination of daily work processes
• Maintaining appropriate care documentation
• Maintaining contact with relatives
• Collaboration with doctors
• Guiding and supporting assistant staff
• Introducing new employees
• With interest, taking on vocational training functions

Your profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist (FaGe) or training as a Care Specialist with a treatment care course
• High professional competence and sense of responsibility
• Empathy and enjoyment in working with people
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Resilience and flexibility in work
• Willingness for continuous further training
• Ideally knowledge of care and documentation software
• Flawless German in spoken and written form
