Paver Operator
Your Contribution with Us
- You operate and drive our road pavers professionally and safely
- You ensure precise and even laying of asphalt surfaces
- You set up the paver for the respective assignments and monitor the laying process
- You work closely with the laying team, the foreman and other machine operators
- You carry out inspections as well as minor maintenance and care work on the machine
- You ensure safe, economical and careful handling of machines and equipment
- You support the construction site team with other tasks as needed
What Counts for Us
- Experience as a paver operator in road and surfacing construction
- Safe and responsible handling of construction machinery
- Technical understanding and a good feel for machines
- Independent, reliable and careful working style
- Team spirit and willingness to pitch in on site
- Good German language skills
- Driving licence category B is an advantage
