The SAG Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Schwerzenbach that carries out educational and work integration projects for job seekers throughout Switzerland.
On behalf of the Canton of Zurich, we run a motivation semester at YouWork for young adults to integrate into vocational training (SEMO).
From January 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we are looking for a (m/f/d):
Intern: Application Workshop (20%)
Your tasks
- Supporting young people in career choice, creating application documents, and searching for training companies for trial days or internships
- Assisting with job coaching and application support in individual and small group settings
- Documenting participant processes as well as project-related administration
- Supporting course management/job coaches in course preparation, implementation, and evaluation
- Assisting in planning, implementing, and evaluating internal and external events such as company and trade fair visits, open house days, etc.
- Implementing interdisciplinary collaboration within the entire team
You bring
- Enjoyment in working with young people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds
- Good communication skills, empathy and persuasiveness, patience and flexibility
- Humor, assertiveness
- Appreciative, respectful, and solution-oriented attitude
- Experience in youth work / adult education / work integration is an advantage
- Ideally, current training activity in a company or educational institution
- Strong ICT skills (Office 365, Teams)
- Competence in using AI tools
