We are looking for a
Regional Manager 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- You manage around 20 establishments in the Bern region and ensure the business management objectives
- You are responsible for budgets, monthly closings and derive appropriate measures
- You maintain and develop customer relationships and present annual and budget topics
- You lead and coach the site managers and ensure a high quality of leadership
- You ensure that processes, quality, HACCP, as well as absence management and personnel development are adhered to in all establishments
- You work from Monday to Friday with flexible hours. You look after the Bern region and surrounding areas and work autonomously from home, directly in the establishments and regularly in the Service Centre in Kloten ZH
Your profile
- You have a basic gastronomic or commercial education with corresponding further training at the level of hotel management school or federally certified operations manager
- You bring several years of leadership experience, ideally as a group operations manager or as an experienced operations manager
- You work confidently with key figures, budgets and operational control instruments
- You communicate clearly, appear confident and maintain sustainable customer relationships
- You are mobile in the Bern region and hold a category B driving licence
- For your role, we provide you with a company car, also for private use
